Teresa's fun loving and energetic spirit makes her a perfect fit with the Red Key team. Teresa comes to real estate after a nearly 20 year career working in IT staffing and over six years of managing rental properties. 

The transition from property manager to real estate agent was a natural one. Not only does her family own a number of rental properties, they have also rehabbed and flipped homes. Teresa was heavily involved in the rehabbing and sales process of those homes from beginning to end. Some of those sales involved using a realtor and some they did on their own. After selling several homes Teresa decided it was time for her to take the next step and get her real estate license, thinking a career in real estate was only something that she would do part time as a way to help her family’s existing business grow. However, to her delight, she found being a realtor to be a perfect fit for her!

Teresa knows that home buying/selling is a deeply personal and often stressful endeavor, but works hard to make the process as simple as possible. She loves the entire process of buying and/or selling homes; with her clients being her favorite part. The feeling is mutual. Teresa’s clients find her to be friendly, open and easy to work with; often exceeding their expectations. Her candidness about the home buying/selling process and state of the market is refreshing, inspiring trust and respect from her clients which translates into many happy clients and positive referrals.
